This week was well spent considering the majority were futile days of passing bys. School work has definitely taken its unwanted wrath out on us- only to inevitably throw us in deep water. Apart from educational turmoil, the company I had over this weekend was timeless.

How has everyone been putting up with this week? In short, mine was laden with projects, 12 hour day rituals, bipolar weather, (re)dundant stress, 4 hour shut eye & mindless banter. Not forgetting that school has just so kindly bestowed me with its kiss of death- alongside emotional abeyance.

On a much lighter take, the weather has granted us access to all the knit our hands can encompass it selves on. I took this opportunity to submerge myself into reading 'The Remains of The Day', and re-runs of American sitcom. Not forgetting the Monbana hot chocolate I've been religiously making in bulks too. I suspect I've been a victim of the affectionately named climate, "cuddle weather".

Hi all how was everyone's weekend? Mine was laden with good books (The Bell Jar, Pride & Prejudice, Wuthering Heights.. just to name a few), Nespresso coffee, pies, French films & great company. It's sometimes peculiar, mind boggling, to how much of an introvert I have grown to be over the past month. Ikea has always been a great help for organized chaos and it has certainly done itself justice this time round too.

Have always been a fat believer of the Japanese cuisine since I was a kid and it has stuck with me till now. Would kill for just another day back in Tokyo admist its delectable food.

Konichiwa Jappoland! Finally back here after 3 years; but Tokyo was pretty much unchanged since 08'. Unfortunately the weather here is equally as spiteful as the one in Singapore in the day. However the food still remains stellar & ultimately one of the best cuisine worldwide. 7 days of dedicated shopping, eating and basically soaking in this wholesome Japanese goodness.

Lately, I've been feeling like I'm floating above the world, watching my body go through its daily motions. Morning, afternoon, night. Morning, afternoon, night. I don't feel connected to myself, like I am here, but everything is numb to me. These thoughts feel alien to me, these sights aren't mine. I fake these emotions to how I am supposed to feel, how to react. I laugh when others are laughing, but I can feel my fingers clench to my sides. I look in the mirror and see nothing but lumpy flesh. My eyes don't look like they belong to each other, above this nose looks so oddly placed., beside there is a mouth that is strange to open to air. I introduce myself to myself, saying "Hi, nice to meet you." The words stumble out of my mouth so unnaturally, these aren't my words. I stare at myself, trying to find the human in my behind these eyes of counterfeit.

Found this extract out of somewhere, it's amazingly terrifying how much these words embody how I am. Am I mad? All the best people are, non?

Just a heads up: I'm returning to that peculiar habit where I confide in this tech-whiz blog where everyone can see or rather read what I type. It is forming into a detrimental procedure by which I punch in every key of the computer to embody the amount of loss and confusion that I find myself walling into. I should say that I have dug my own grave in this whirlwind of emotion that I get myself into. For a month I have tried various attempts to lift my spirit. It might not have worked out in the best of ways, but it had definitely given me the introspect to view how gullible a human being can be and at the opposite end; how much insensitivity another could contain in themselves. I can't fathom the fact that the special spark that glowed was actually something synthetically deceitful.

The candle that I thought would continue illuminating the dark morphed into another that stained my vision to produce pre-mediated thoughts and hopes concentrated with so much falsity. I have not ever indulged in turning to an online 'journal' where I would pen(or rather key) in feelings but I guess I am slowly giving in. I did not realize that we humans could be capable of emancipating such raw emotion(love) until I found myself falling through a colossal borough.

You have taught me how to care, how to love. You have also taught me to feel death. Do I feel irony in the air? Pretty much so, I fear.

Got these amusingly, kitsch-esque dainty perfumes by G.Stefani. They all smell so sweet, putting the aromas of candies and cupcakes to shame. Would say that they've won my vote over to theirs cause I like them quite a fair bit.
